Yes, families are welcome to enjoy the hot spring, café, and gymnasium facilities together.
For the safety of children, we kindly ask that they remain accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

Before entering the bath, please rinse yourself with water or wash your body briefly.
Please also keep towels out of the bath water and tie up long hair before entering.
If you are unfamiliar with Japanese hot spring etiquette, our staff will be happy to guide you, so please feel free to ask.

Yes, guests with tattoos are welcome to use the baths.
At yuge, we strive to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for all guests, including those with tattoos.

Guests are welcome to stay hydrated with drinks such as water or tea anywhere inside the facility.
You may also bring your own meals or snacks; however, we ask that they be consumed only in the lobby or 休憩室(rest area).
Please refrain from eating or drinking in the hot spring area, café seating area, or gymnasium.

We recommend changing into indoor shoes when using the gymnasium (please bring your own).
Balls, rackets, and other equipment provided in the facility are available for guests to use freely. During busy times, we kindly ask that you share the space and equipment with other guests.
Private bookings of the gymnasium are also available. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

As the road to yuge passes through mountainous areas, we recommend visiting with a 4WD vehicle and winter tires during the snowy season.
Please also note that the Nishi-Azuma Sky Valley route from the Fukushima side is closed during winter, so please use an alternative route.
If you are not comfortable driving in snowy conditions, we also recommend considering travel by bus.
